Amidst the dynamic landscape of Finance IT transformation, you thrive by maintaining composure and prioritizing the essentials. Precision guides your daily approach, ensuring meticulous planning and agile responses to evolving scenarios. Whether collaborating within a team or tackling challenges independently, your adaptability and proactive mindset define your contributions to our Finance Transformation (Focus on Finance IT) team.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • You actively support the implementation of the Finance IT Transformation Roadmap and definition of strategic objectives.
  • You analyse existing processes and drive the standardization, implementation, and global rollout of financial processes, considering both existing and newly created (master) data structures.
  • You regularly evaluate the performance of processes and systems, significantly contributing to sustainable standardization and End-user satisfaction/adoption.
  • You assist in defining the Finance process and system landscape and in implementing corresponding digitalization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
  • You support the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies, systems and tools, working at the interface between Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • You serve as a point of contact for existing systems and tools within Finance and are involved in cross-functional projects and further developments.
  • You independently manage project work and coordinate with external service providers.
  • You contribute to building the Finance IT team, providing opportunities to shape and influence its development.
What we are looking for:
  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance Transformation, as well as in process and system optimization, either in management consulting, a start-up/scale-up, or an industrial company.
  • You stand out with a digital mindset, quick comprehension skills, and a „hands-on“ mentality.
  • You are interested in the latest technologies and approach the digitalization of financial functions holistically, considering interfaces (processes, systems, and organization).
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs and have extensive experience in implementing leading finance technologies and systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA), as well as in (re-) designing, analysing, and documenting end-to-end processes (following standards such as BPMN) and the underlying (master) data structures.
  • You are skilled in project and change management in the context of implementing transformation initiatives.
  • You can communicate fluently in both German and English.
