You as part of tonies:
As a Production Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing standardized, reliable, and lean manufacturing processes to support our Toniebox suppliers. Acting as a key interface between internal product development and external manufacturing partners, you’ll ensure efficient, high-quality, and scalable production. Your contributions will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in a high-volume consumer electronics production environment.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, implement, and document production-related projects in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Lean Processes Implementation: Design, maintain, and optimize production workflows to ensure efficiency, stability, and quality at supplier sites.
  • Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for process automation and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve production performance.
  • Supplier Management: Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure smooth operations, high product quality, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Process Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Analyze production performance, apply lean management tools, and drive cost-effective enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct workshops and training sessions to embed lean manufacturing principles across internal and external teams.
What we are looking for:
  • A technical degree in Engineering, Production, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
  • Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, ideally in a high-volume consumer electronics environment.
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach to project management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across interdisciplinary and international teams.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems.
  • Someone who embraces our company culture—collaborative, open-minded, and eager to make a real impact.
  • Business-fluent English; German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to supplier sites.
