You as part of tonies:
As the S&OP Analyst you will work in COO department supporting the operations organisation of tonies. You will provide critical insights and analysis to support the S&OP Director in preparing the S&OP meetings, ensuring transparency, and making informed business decisions. This includes data analytics, drafting corresponding presentation materials to senior stakeholders and supporting top priority projects. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional with a strong background in end-to-end supply chain management, data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • You will be a vital member of the global Tonies COO Department, directly reporting to the S&OP Director and aiding in the S&OP process and related activities on a daily basis, including ad-hoc requests, data review, and meeting preparation.
  • You will assist the S&OP Director in developing and implementing the global S&OP process and support the regular conduct and follow-up of all associated meetings.
  • You will provide ad-hoc support for special projects and initiatives as requested by the S&OP Director and or the COO, including current supply chain performance and other strategic initiatives.
  • You are responsible for conducting detailed analyses (e.g., variance, trends, supply chain root cause analysis) and data modeling to evaluate projects.
  • You will track key supply chain metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to the global S&OP Director, regional leaders, and the COO, including performance initiatives.
  • You will support the preparation of meetings and create comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for the global S&OP Director and the COO.
  • You will lead selected high-profile projects and initiatives.
  • You may support the overall supply chain team during urgent or time-pressured situations.
What we are looking for:
  • You are passionate about supply chain management and end-to-end optimization to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in global supply chain planning & S&OP organizations or similar roles with a clear supply chain focus.
  • You possess extensive project management experience within complex organizational environments.
  • You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, and have demonstrated thought leadership in high-profile projects.
  • You excel at synthesizing key insights from multiple sources and translating them into actionable recommendations.
  • You have the ability to produce high-quality presentations and top-management reports with a concise, top-down communication style.
  • You have demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to work effectively with top management.
  • You possess excellent knowledge of analytic tools and applications (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Anaplan). A certification in Anaplan is a plus.
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English. Additional language skills in German or French are a plus.
