Sitting at the heart of our product development efforts, you will drive the successful execution of our product roadmap through managing cross-functional launch programs and ensuring excellence in our product-related processes. This role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on process management, ensuring that our teams deliver on time, at high quality, and with clear ownership. • Build and maintain high-level program plans, timelines, and reporting structures to ensure visibility and alignment.

  • Identify and manage program risks, cross-functional dependencies, and resource constraints proactively.

  • Drive program governance through regular drumbeat meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder updates.

  • Establish and implement standards and best practices for program and project management, including tools, templates, and KPI dashboards.

Process excellence:

  • Own the definition, rollout, and continuous improvement of scalable product-related processes, including new product development, product variation, and lifecycle change management, considering the unique needs of consumer electronics products

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution, timely issue resolution, and transparent stakeholder communication.

  • Monitor and optimize process performance using data, stakeholder feedback, and structured retrospectives.

  • Translate business needs into workflow proposals and user stories for implementation in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

What we are looking for:
  • 3–5 years of program or project management experience - driving large, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven experience with physical products/hardware - ideally in consumer electronics, connected devices, wearables etc.

  • Track record in building and scaling product development & product operations processes in fast-paced, international environments.

  • Hands-on familiarity with change management and PLM systems  to ensure smooth execution and process compliance.

  • Excellent project management skills - structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - able to align across engineering, supply chain, commercial, and executive teams.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
