We’re looking for an experienced licensing professional to join our global licensing team. As Senior Licensing Manager, you’ll lead negotiations and partnerships that bring exceptional spoken word and music content to our platform, shaping an inspiring and imaginative listening experience for families.

• Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of new licensing deals across multiple categories.

• Manage relationships with key licensors and partners, driving long-term growth and mutual success.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, Product, Legal, Finance) to align deals with business and creative goals.

• Oversee contract lifecycles, renewals, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Provide strategic market insight into audio trends, rights models, and partnership opportunities.

• Represent licensing in marketing and promotional planning for licensed audio content.

• 5+ years’ experience in licensing, content acquisition, or rights management, ideally gained at an audio platform or entertainment company.

• Deep, international experience in licensing, with strong knowledge of audio IP rights, contract negotiation, and global licensing frameworks.

• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and build effective partnerships.

• Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Confident working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.

• A passion for storytelling, creativity, and delivering meaningful audio experiences for children and families.
