As Strategic Project and Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence and cohesion across our global Operations organization. Acting as a partner, advisor, and execution leader, you will help align and coordinate key operational areas; including global quality, end-to-end supply chain, product industrialization, global production, procurement and supply network coordination, and order fulfillment.
In this role, you will be a trusted thought partner to the Head of the COO Office, bridging strategy and execution. Your work will help ensure our operational backbone runs with precision, agility, and compliance - empowering tonies® to scale efficiently and deliver exceptional quality to families around the world.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Strategic Alignment & ExecutionTranslate global operations strategy into actionable initiatives together with the Head of the COO Office
Coordinate and track key initiatives across global operations teams
Support planning cycles, performance reviews, and priority tracking
Structure complex topics using data and operational insights to support decision-making
Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Commercial, and CX
Align with leaders across quality, supply chain, production, procurement, and IT
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and roadblocks
Support key supplier and partner interactions through preparation and follow-up
Digitalization & Technology EnablementSupport rollout and adoption of digital tools across operations
Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives within supply chain and manufacturing
Collaborate with IT/Data teams on analytics, automation, and GenAI use cases
Ensure solutions are scalable, user-centric, and compliant
Performance Monitoring & ReportingPrepare operational dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
Support annual goals, monthly reviews, and quarterly business updates
Track core KPIs (delivery, cost, quality, customer impact)
Ensure clear, accurate, and decision-oriented reporting
Project & Change Management
Drive and coordinate cross-functional COO projects end-to-end
Support transformation initiatives with structured tracking of progress and risks
Enable change adoption through communication and stakeholder engagement
Capture learnings and embed best practices post-project
Leadership & Team EffectivenessSupport operational governance and performance routines
Foster alignment and collaboration across global operations teams
Act as role model for quality, safety, and customer-centricity
