You as part of tonies:
The Global Tax team is acting as a strategic architect of tonies’ global growth by building a tax-compliant and optimized foundation that secures our long-term value and fiscal integrity in every market we serve.

As Transfer Pricing Manager and Controller, you will be dedicated to managing and supporting the transfer pricing strategy of tonies group. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing regulations and bringing them into life in a pragmatic manner by using our data and go into our systems directly. You will report to the Global Tax Lead and work closely with our FP&A team and various different (non-)finance stakeholders. If you are a passionate team player with skills in transfer pricing and are excited to help us continue the success story of tonies, then we are looking for you.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Support the design and implementation of the global transfer pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with the evolving business model
  • Serve as a dedicated transfer pricing business partner for the group, especially for the FP&A team
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of the Global Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). You’ll be part of ensuring that we are audit-ready in every jurisdiction
  • Proactively monitor and assess the impact of international tax reforms on our group structure
  • Work closely with the ERP and FP&A team to automate TP calculations and monitoring within our financial systems to ensure arm's length results in real-time and to ensure end-to-end consistency (e.g. with regard to inventory valuations, customs, etc.)
  • Develop pragmatic solutions in close cooperation with FP&A and business teams
  • Partner with Legal and other Finance team members to draft and maintain intercompany agreements that reflect the economic reality of our value chain
  • Support tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a corporate environment
  • Degree in economics, business, law, or a related field. Controllers also welcome!
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • You love data and to dig deep into data and can translate complex OECD guidelines into "human-readable" business advice for non-tax stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP, commercetools, or specialized TP software (like Lucanet) is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a strong advantage for HQ coordination.
