SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Consultant

We are looking for a SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Consultant to play a pivotal role in our global ERP transformation. Moving from Microsoft Business Central to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, you will design, refine, and own our end-to-end sales, distribution, and logistics integration processes across our rapidly expanding multichannel footprint.

You will bridge the gap between our business operations, external logistics partners, and core SAP capabilities, guiding the organization toward standardized and scalable solution designs.

Your mission

As SAP SD Consultant, you will act as the functional owner of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, steering complex omnichannel fulfillment setups, key finance touchpoints, and third-party integrations. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Owning end-to-end SAP SD / Order-to-Cash design: sales order management, complex pricing, billing, credit management, and Sales BOMs/kitting for starter sets and promotional bundles with licensor royalty reporting

• Configuring ATP checks and backorder processing (BOP) to manage stock allocation across D2C, B2B Key Accounts, and Marketplaces, preventing over-selling during peak seasons

• Owning core SD-to-Finance (FI/CO) touchpoints: revenue recognition, automatic account determination, credit management gates, and split-VAT logic for cross-border orders

• Owning 3PL integrations and omnichannel reverse logistics: outbound delivery, inventory sync, consignment stock/virtual plant logic for marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok), and D2C/B2B returns and claims handling

• Standardizing EDI order streams (e.g. via SPS Commerce) and collaborating with Supply Chain (MM), Finance (FI/CO), and E-Commerce on multichannel order flows

• Advising business owners on Fit-to-Standard adoption, and supporting data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live

Your profile

• Solid hands-on experience as an SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Consultant across the project lifecycle (consulting or in-house).

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ideally within an S/4HANA Public Cloud environment and understand the clean core principles.

• Demonstrated experience managing 3PL integrations and multichannel fulfillment, including ATP/allocation logic and reverse logistics

• Familiarity with integrated e-commerce, CRM, or middleware tools such as Salesforce, Shopify, SPS Commerce (EDI), or Celigo is a strong plus.

• Experience with non-SAP to SAP migrations (e.g., MS Business Central) is beneficial.

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for guiding stakeholders toward standard solutions rather than customization.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional team management skills.
