  • Translate approved event concepts into detailed execution plans, managing timelines, budgets and key stakeholders including relevant IP partners, to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate agencies, suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-quality event experiences that reflect the tonies® brand.
  • Take a hands-on role in the delivery of events, ensuring a consistently high standard of execution, presentation and attention to detail.

  • Introduce and maintain practical processes, templates and tracking tools that improve team visibility and execution.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the key link between Portfolio/Marketing strategy and Sales/retail execution, ensuring plans are practical, on-brand and commercially sound.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and E-commerce in ANZ to align trade plans with business objectives.
  • Present trade plans, promotional recommendations and performance updates to internal stakeholders and key retail partners.
